Additive service intervals keep every vehicle on schedule. Hours-based assets use 250hr, 500hr, 1000hr, 2000hr, and 4000hr milestones that are auto-calculated and rounded. Kilometre-based vehicles track 10,000km intervals with a 12-month time-based fallback. Prep zone warnings alert you before a service is due.
Each repair job has a unique job number, defect description, and repair type (repair, replace, or inspect). Assign a mechanic, track parts from needed through to installed, log work notes with hours and labour costs, and attach photos or documents.
Track every part with quantity, unit cost, and supplier orders. Each part order records expected and received delivery dates. Total parts cost and labour cost are calculated automatically. Work notes act as a timestamped log of all activity on the job.
When a prestart check fails, a repair job is automatically created and linked via the prestart issue ID. Completing the repair updates the vehicle status. Every vehicle keeps a full repair history so nothing falls through the cracks.
