Automatic service countdowns

Additive service intervals keep every vehicle on schedule. Hours-based assets use 250hr, 500hr, 1000hr, 2000hr, and 4000hr milestones that are auto-calculated and rounded. Kilometre-based vehicles track 10,000km intervals with a 12-month time-based fallback. Prep zone warnings alert you before a service is due.

  • Additive hour intervals: 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000hr
  • 10,000km intervals for km-based vehicles
  • 12-month time-based fallback for km vehicles
  • Prep zone warnings when approaching service

Linked to prestarts

When a prestart check fails, a repair job is automatically created and linked via the prestart issue ID. Completing the repair updates the vehicle status. Every vehicle keeps a full repair history so nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Repair jobs auto-created from prestart failures
  • prestartIssueId links repair to the original issue
