Worker, Supervisor, Mechanic and Read-only roles out of the box, or make your own. Choose what each role can see and change, and whether they get the simple field app or the full office screens.
How it works
Burgy starts you with Worker, Supervisor, Mechanic and Read-only. Change any of them, or add your own, like Head mechanic or Leading hand. Give someone a role from My Team.
For each part of Burgy, from jobs and the roster to timesheets, machine setup, parts and the safety library, pick Hidden, View or Edit. A leading hand can run the roster without seeing anyone's timesheets.
Each role gets either the Field app, with just the buttons the crew need, or the full office screens. Supervisors and mechanics still clock on, do prestarts, log readings and sign documents from the full app.
Deleting jobs, deleting or archiving machines, exporting data and switching off a machine's prestart are off for every role until you turn them on. A separate Do services switch lets your crew record services without touching the rest of the maintenance setup.
