Raise a purchase order from the service kit or the repair job, email it to your supplier as a PDF, and mark it received when the parts turn up. Every order sits against the machine it was for.
How it works
Start the order from a machine's service parts kit and the parts and quantities are already filled in. A 1000hr order includes the 250hr and 500hr items too. Repair jobs raise their own orders, and part names autocomplete from your catalogue.
Every order prints as a clean A4 PDF in your company colour, with your logo, the delivery details, the parts and a total. Parts with no price yet show TBC, and the supplier is asked to quote the PO number on their invoice.
Tap Email supplier. Their address is already filled in, you can CC your team, and replies come straight back to you. If the email bounces, whoever sent it gets an alert and can fix the address and resend.
Pick where the parts go: your yard, an address you've used before, a new one, or you'll collect. Add the expected delivery date. When the parts turn up, Mark received, and the service's parts show as arrived.
Set up your company, add your crew and machines, and run your first prestart before smoko. If you'd rather see it first, we're happy to walk you through it.
