Anyone with a login to your company, including read-only users. Someone who has asked to join but is still waiting for your approval isn't charged.
Each machine or vehicle you track in Burgy. Attachments are free and don't count.
You're charged on the highest number of people and machines you had during the month. Bring on a labour-hire crew for a week and that month reflects it; the next month drops back down.
On annual you choose how many people and machines to cover for the year, and pay for them up front with one month free. If you go over, the extra people or machines are billed monthly at the monthly rate. You can add seats any time; seats can only be reduced at renewal.
By card, or by direct debit straight from your bank account. Add your ABN when you pay and it prints on your tax invoices.
The big numbers are ex GST. The inc-GST price is shown underneath each one. All prices are in Australian dollars.
